How do I change or cancel my subscription?

I use an iPhone and purchased through the App Store. How do I change/cancel my subscription...

...on my device?

  1. Open the Settings app
  2. Tap your name
  3. Tap Subscriptions
  4. Tap the subscription that you want to change
  5. Choose a different subscription option

If you don't see Subscriptions:

  1. Tap iTunes & App Store
  2. Tap your Apple ID
  3. Tap View Apple ID & sign in
  4. Scroll down to and select Subscriptions

...on my Mac desktop?

  1. Open the App Store app.
  2. Click the sign-in button or your name at the bottom of the sidebar.
  3. Click View Information at the top of the window (you may be asked to sign in)
  4. On the page that appears, scroll to Subscriptions & click Manage

On an Android device or

  1. On your web browser, visit play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions.
  2. Under the “Subscriptions” section, find the subscription you would like to cancel.
  3. Select Cancel subscription.
  4. Follow the on-screen instructions to finish canceling your subscription.
