Information for Orders from Switzerland and Norway:
We ship your order NET from Germany. When importing goods into Switzerland or Norway, the buyer is required to pay import VAT. This tax is comparable to VAT and is currently 7.7% in Switzerland and 25% in Norway. The tax is applied to the total value of the shipment, including shipping costs. In addition to the import VAT, customs duties may also apply.

How long will my package take to arrive?
Delivery may take between two and seven business days to arrive, depending on your location. Delays may be caused by force majeure, natural disasters, bad weather, public holidays, and other factors outside our control.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
